FREE Monthly Teleclass
My Nurturing Circle
This is a forum open to ALL women (men welcome too) who are in nurturing roles and/or professions, for example, moms, grandmas, doctors, nurses and any health professionals, teachers, therapists, any service professionals, small business owners, caregivers, etc.
At our monthly Teleclass, I will either present a topic, host an open group discussion, or invite guest speakers. Our topics focus on common challenges women nurturers face every day, and the solutions & strategies for stress reduction, time management, Intensive Self-Care, relationship, health & fitness, work-life balance, etc.
For those of you who have never participated in a Teleclass or Teleseminar before, this is just like a giant conference call where you call into a Bridgeline and join the discussion. There is NO CHARGE for the Teleclass, except for whatever you normally pay for your long-distance phone call.
This is a place where you can be a part of a supportive community, draw strengths & support from each other, learn new skills, knowledge & tools for you to achieve your personal & professional goals, and live a balanced, joyous life.
Please sign up for each individual Teleclass you would like to attend. Our Teleclass is FREE, but you must register in order to receive the Bridgeline number and Access Code (which changes from time to time).
